CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an Appointment: In order to be respectful of our staff’s time and other clients, please be courteous and call Summit IV promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of a treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 12-hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the ability to schedule an appointment.
How to Cancel Your Appointment: To cancel appointments, please call us. If you do not reach a staff member, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please request another appointment time or rebook here
Late Cancellations: A late cancellation is considered when a client fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with a 12-hour advance notice. Clients who cancel without 12-hour prior noticed will be requested to pay 50% of booked drip. This will be requested at time of cancellation. Failure to pay will result in inability to schedule further appointments until account is paid in full.
No Show Policy: A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without cancelling it in an adequate manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will result in request for full payment of drip appointment. This will be required prior to booking and receiving future services.
